Job Summary
Clinic Associate at ZoomCare Alberta Clinic who supports the Perfect Visit experience across service lines (Daily Care, Family Medicine, Mental Health, Women's Health, Dermatology, Podiatry) by handling patient check-in/out, scheduling, payments, and basic clinical support including blood draws, lab processing, and inventory. Requires high school diploma or GED, 1+ year healthcare/administrative experience, ability to obtain BLS certification and phlebotomy training within defined timelines, vaccination prerequisites, and eligibility for phlebotomy/licensure as defined by WA or OR paths. The role involves training across multiple clinics, potential travel within the area, and adherence to privacy standards while using ZoomCare systems (demographic/insurance data) and supporting medical providers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of healthcare, customer service, or administrative experience
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire
- Ability to complete ZoomCare’s phlebotomy training program within six months of hire
- WA: Must be able to obtain a Medical Assistant- Phlebotomist license within 6 months of hire
- OR: Current phlebotomy license; equivalent licensure or training experience, preferred
- Vaccinated against COVID-19, Hepatitis B., MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox), and TD/TDAP
- Preferred: Current licensure/certification as a Medical Assistant (CCMA, CMA) or prior experience as Medical Assistant - Registered
