Assist providers and veterans on exam days by handling any necessary tasks, solving general problems in a solutions-oriented manner for both parties, and updating case statuses as available. Maintain a caring, positive, and patriotic attitude while supporting wounded veterans. This role requires US citizenship or a Green Card due to contract requirements.
