Clinic Assistant Float

Clinic Assistant Float position supporting clinicians across Danbury Health Center and traveling to surrounding health centers in Region 2 (Enfield, Hartford North, Manchester, Torrington, Waterbury). Responsibilities include assisting with quality healthcare delivery, providing patient-centered service, ensuring adherence to standards and policies, performing basic clinical functions such as blood pressure, venipuncture, lab work, and medical charting, and handling basic office tasks including reception, telephone triage, and billing/coding. Requires willingness to travel across multiple health centers, ability to manage multiple tasks, strong communication, proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook, and comfortable discussion of sexuality, contraception, and pregnancy options. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
