Direct and escort patients to treatment areas, obtain clinical information for physician treatment, and perform suture removal, dressing changes, and minor procedures like biopsies and injections. Apply, remove, and fit soft goods while ensuring exam rooms are clean and stocked. Schedule appointments, tests, and surgeries as needed and assist with phone inquiries. Requires Certified Medical Assistant certification, A-BROE passable status, and phlebotomy experience preferred.
