Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric, adult, and senior patients. Order, interpret, and review diagnostic studies while prescribing medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal regulations. Document all encounters accurately in the electronic medical record and collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate care and refer patients to specialists. Lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitudes to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and clinical protocols.
Required Qualifications
- MSN, DNP, MPAS, DMSc, or equivalent advanced degree
- Active, unencumbered state license
- Nurse Practitioners must be permitted to treat all age groups, from infant to geriatric, as per their board specialty, such as Family Nurse Practitioner
- DEA and BLS certification
- DOT certification
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Knowledge of clinical practice standards

- Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
