Job Summary
Act as the first point of connection for families beginning their ABA journey, guiding them through the admissions process with empathy and care. Handle day-to-day administrative functions, document management, and communications with referral sources; support inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families; become a subject-matter expert on autism to help families understand how ABC assists children and their families; assist with marketing and admissions tasks to support operations leadership; embody core values and model a caring, team-oriented culture.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- A passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families!
