Be the first point of contact for families entering ABA therapy, guiding them through admissions with empathy and clear communication. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, document management, inbound calls from prospective and current clients, and support to operations leadership. Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families, and assist with marketing and admissions tasks to support clinic operations. Embrace a positive, team-driven culture and demonstrate leadership through consistent, compassionate engagement with families and referral sources.
