Job Summary
Clinic Admissions Associate responsible for day-to-day administrative functions across busy clinics, including document management, coordinating communications with referral sources, and supporting inbound calls from prospective and current families. Acts as a subject-matter expert on autism to help families understand how ABC assists children and their families, and supports marketing and admissions tasks to assist operations leadership. Demonstrates a positive, compassionate presence to engage with families, aligns with core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, Fun), and exhibits leadership and teamwork to help expand access to ABA therapy. Requires 1-2 years of relevant administrative or customer service experience and a High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Location: Missouri City, TX with standard in-person expectations.
