Job Summary
Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC who serves as the first point of connection for families entering ABA therapy. You will handle day-to-day administrative functions, manage documents, communications with referral sources, support inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families, become a subject matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children, assist with marketing and admissions tasks for operations leadership, and embody the company values of Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun while supporting growth and access to care.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas
- High School Diploma or GED Required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- A passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families
