Job Summary
Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC serves as the first connection for families starting ABA therapy, guiding them through the admissions process with empathy; performs day-to-day administrative tasks, handles inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families, becomes a subject matter expert on autism to explain services, supports marketing and admissions activities, and embodies core values of Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun to lead and support center operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas
- A passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families
- An eagerness to be a part of a caring and team-oriented company culture
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
