Job Summary
Clinic Admissions Associate is the first point of contact for families beginning ABA therapy, handling administrative functions, document management, inbound communications, and marketing/admissions tasks to support operations leadership. Requires 1-2 years of administrative or related experience, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred), and a passion for autism care. Role emphasizes empathy, relationship-building with families, teamwork, leadership, and adherence to core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, Fun). Located across TX, AZ, CO, IL, NC, and MN with in-person clinic work; no remote work stated. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required. Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas
