Job Summary
Be the first point of connection for families entering ABA therapy at ABC. Guide families through the admissions process with empathy, handling document management, inbound calls, and communications with referral sources. Develop subject-matter expertise on autism to help families understand how ABC supports children and their families. Support operations by handling marketing and admissions tasks, and embody core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, Fun) as a cultural role model. Requires 1-2 years of administrative or related experience and a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's Degree preferred); location: Irving, TX. The role focuses on compassionate intake, process management, family engagement, and contributing to a growing ABA center network across multiple states.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas
