Job Summary
Clinic Admissions Associate serves as the first point of contact for families seeking ABA therapy, guiding them through the admissions process with empathy. Responsibilities include day-to-day administrative functions, document management, internal and external communications with referral sources, handling inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families, and supporting marketing and admissions tasks to assist operations leadership. The role requires becoming a subject matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families, and upholding core values of Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun. Candidate should bring a positive attitude and 1-2 years of administrative or customer-service experience, with a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred). Location: Corcoran, MN (onsite). Required Qualifications
