Job Summary
Case Supervisor will supervise the implementation of direct ABA services to clients in home and community settings, provide parent consultation, assist in development of ABA treatment programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, monitor treatment effectiveness, provide client-centered parent training, graph behavior data for visual analysis, facilitate staff meetings, supervise behavior technicians, complete client progress reports, conduct clinical team meetings with caregivers, maintain client confidentiality, and assist with functional behavior assessments and assessments using tools like Vineland-3, VB-MAPP, and AFLS. The role supports growth and mentorship within a growing ABA services agency, under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with responsibilities including data-driven program integrity, supervision of staff, and collaboration with caregivers across cases.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field OR 12 graduate-level ABA units
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical ABA experience in home or school settings
- Prior supervisory experience overseeing a team of ABA staff
- Strong ABA and clinical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to schedule and attend client appointments and team meetings reliably
