Job Summary
Provide clinical oversight and support to BCBAs and clinical team members, monitoring quality of programming to ensure services align with organizational standards and ethical guidelines. Offer consultation, coaching, and mentorship to clinicians while assisting with complex cases and clinical decision-making. Facilitate clinical discussions, peer reviews, and case consultations to foster a collaborative, supportive clinic culture and promote clinician growth. Monitor clinical documentation, authorization requirements, and service quality, using data and outcome measures to guide clinical decisions and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Partner with operations leadership to support clinic goals, attend site meetings, and solve staffing and client needs challenges. Full-time, Monday–Friday, Fort Wayne, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACBA
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Indiana
- Experience providing ABA services
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Ability to mentor and support developing clinicians
- Prior supervisory or clinical leadership experience
- Experience supporting an ABA team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
