Job Summary
Clin Ops Specialist in Beijing will perform activities in compliance with Corporate and Clinical Operations policies and SOPs; assist Clinical Monitoring with site management, including acting as Sponsor representative for assigned sites and communicating to ensure protocol and regulatory adherence; create and maintain Trial Master File (TMF) and project files; prepare site manuals and reference tools; input and track clinical/regulatory documents in databases; manage site correspondence and requests; coordinate ordering, packaging, shipping and tracking of site supplies; assist with team meetings, minutes, and action items; may handle receipt, tracking and disposition of Case Report Forms and Queries; stay informed on clinical research developments through required trainings. Up to 25% travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to embrace new technologies
- Minimal travel up to 25% may be required
