CLIN NURSE III

Correlate patient history and support systems, assess patient and family needs, and develop care plans involving family members. Recommend interventions, evaluate care plans, and resolve complex patient, management, and physician problems without supervision. Demonstrate competence in critical skills for age-specific populations, lead process improvement initiatives, and supervise LPNs, nursing assistants, HUCs, techs, and sitters. Precept new employees or students by providing four contact hours of educational activities and reviewing clinical performance with the unit leader. Follow policies, procedures, and safety standards while contributing to unit orientation program development. Maintain Tennessee State RN licensure with three years of professional experience.
