CLIN NURSE III-CLINIC

Correlate patient history and support systems, assess patient and family needs, and develop individualized care plans involving the patient and family. Recommend interventions and evaluate the plan of care, resolving complex patient, management, and physician problems without supervision. Demonstrate competence in critical skills for age-specific populations, lead process improvement initiatives, and supervise LPNs, nursing assistants, HUCs, techs, and sitters. Provide four contact hours of educational activities annually and contribute to unit orientation program development. Requires a valid Tennessee RN license, minimum three years professional experience, and completion of required continuing education hours.
