CLIN NURSE II

Correlate patient history, assess learning needs, and develop care plans involving patients and families. Recommend interventions, evaluate the plan of care, and resolve moderately complex issues without supervision. Demonstrate competence in critical skills for age-specific populations and supervise LPNs, nursing assistants, HUCs, techs, and sitters. Precept employees and students as directed, reviewing clinical performance with the unit leader. Follow policies, procedures, and safety standards while participating in quality improvement initiatives. Maintain Tennessee State RN licensure and CPR certification with at least one year of professional nursing experience. Night shift, 72 hours per pay period.
