Clin Data Team Lead

Lead data management activities for clinical data across one or more projects, acting as the lead data manager or supporting the lead data manager. Manage all data management activities for qualified studies, serve as interdepartmental and client liaison, and develop and maintain data management documentation per CDM guidelines. Deliver study-specific training for DM staff, produce status reports for management and clients, monitor study metrics, and assist with project forecasting, resource planning, and contract modifications. Mentor junior staff, contribute to administrative/financial management of projects, and perform DM tasks independently with a strong focus on quality and confidentiality. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and ~2 years of relevant experience; effective written/verbal English communication and ability to work in a team and independently in an office environment with potential travel.
