Climbing Arborist Trainee: learn to climb trees and work as part of a tree crew while progressively gaining skills in pruning, removal, and tree health care. Duties include pruning and removing deadwood, installing cables, bracing, and lightning protection, assisting in hazardous-tree removal, and maintaining tools such as chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts. Outdoor office with opportunities for advancement; starting pay $20-$23/hour; benefits package and training programs provided; travel up to 25%.
