Job Summary
Conduct general climbing instruction and guidance in a fun, safety-focused environment while encouraging members and guests to develop their abilities. Explain and demonstrate correct equipment usage, monitor the climbing area for safety adherence, and assist with leading classes, events, and Open Wall sessions. Maintain climbing area cleanliness, manage member files and waiver forms, and provide excellent customer service exemplifying the Life Time Way. This hourly position offers wages starting at $15.00 up to $18.00 based on experience. Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Ability to occasionally scale climbing wall structure
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- First Aid certification
- Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of climbing experience
- Belay certification
