Job Summary
Conduct vertical sales for Climate Solutions equipment by calling on customers, building relationships, and negotiating individual transactions and contracts directly. Understand client needs using consultative skills to turn interested parties into loyal customers while providing specialized solutions based on technical features. Manage the entire sales process in person or over the telephone, including equipment delivery, installation, and customer product training. Maintain attention to detail with sales technology tools and strong organizational skills. Available for on-call rotation to provide after-hour service and response. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 45 pounds, and safe operation of a forklift, lift gate, and box truck. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 45 pounds and safely operate a forklift, lift gate and box truck
- Ability to progress the entire sales process in person or over the telephone
- Capable of negotiating individual transactions and contracts directly with the customer
- Mechanically inclined and ability to learn the technical features of the (Climate Solutions) equipment to provide specialized solutions to clients
- Attention to detail with regard to the sales technology tools and strong organizational skills
- Available for on call rotation to provide after hour service and response
- Willingness to provide equipment delivery, installation, and customer product training
Desired Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years' sales experience in small A/C and heating rentals and related services
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM
