Climate Solutions Equipment Associate

Climate Solutions Equipment Associate at United Rentals in the Power/HVAC division performs jobsite installations and minor repairs on HVAC, dehumidification, and air purification equipment at customer locations. Responsibilities include safely operating the delivery vehicle, installing equipment, reporting equipment condition before and after use, demonstrating equipment to customers, assisting with loading/unloading, and performing other duties as needed. The role requires basic knowledge of HVAC repair and maintenance, mechanical aptitude, strong customer service and teamwork, verbal and written communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. The position is safety-sensitive and may involve an on-call rotation for 24/7 emergency service; the compensation range is $20.45-$30.70 per hour.
