Job Summary
Climate and Culture Coach focusing on restorative interventions and SEL implementation across PK-12 in collaboration with district leadership. The role includes facilitating restorative circles, supporting PBIS/MTSS implementation, coaching staff on behavior supports and trauma-informed practices, delivering professional development on SEL, PBIS, MTSS, and de-escalation strategies, and overseeing fidelity with MTSS and data-informed decision making to improve school climate and inclusive practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, school counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
- Valid state licensure or certification in a related educational or school-based mental health field
- Minimum 2–3 years working with adolescents, preferably in an urban or diverse school setting
- Experience implementing PBIS, SEL, or MTSS in a school setting
- Experience in planning and implementing interventions across academic and behavior domains
- Experience with professional development for teachers and/or other education professionals
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, culturally responsive practices, and restorative approaches
