Job Summary
Develop defense strategy, perform legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery-related activities for insured single/multi-plaintiff lawsuits and agency charges. Supervise firm professionals, draft dispositive motions, and handle motion practice. Depending on jurisdiction and case needs, take or defend depositions, argue motions, participate in mediation, hearings, trials, or other in-person aspects of litigation. Work remotely while maintaining a lower billable hours target than the shareholder track. Maintain active licensure in Florida and the state of residence with at least five years of relevant employment litigation experience. Apply by December 31, 2026.
Required Qualifications

- minimum of 5+ years of relevant employment litigation experience
