Clients Relations Agent (Hebrew Speaker)

Reception of clients into the Company, assisting clientele with transacting funds, and providing assistance with the company's range of services. Negotiate better terms and conditions with clients while building and maintaining strong business relationships between the company and its clients. Fluency in Hebrew and English is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and proven experience in a similar customer-facing role. Candidates must demonstrate excellent proficiency in Microsoft applications and strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach. Experience in sales or portfolio management is preferred. Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with flexible 8-hour shifts.
