Clienteling Product Management Intern

Job Summary
Collaborate with the Clienteling Senior Product Owner to collect Maison requirements, define the clienteling product roadmap, and support continuous enhancements and innovation. Support prioritization ceremonies with Maisons and technical teams; assist with design and monitoring of changes and new features; ensure feature delivery aligns with business requirements; monitor and help resolve bugs; contribute to end-user adoption through up-to-date documentation; propose best practices for translation, naming, and flows. Candidates should have prior client relationship or CRM experience (or retail), be agile and team-oriented, possess strong organizational/coordination skills, and be fluent in English with French as a plus. Internship is 6 months with start date around July 15, 2026, and requires an internship agreement with school/university. Likely use tools such as Salesforce Service Cloud, JIRA, Monday, and Confluence.
Required Qualifications
- An internship agreement with your school/university is mandatory
- Experience in client relationship/CRM topics or in retail is preferred
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce (Service Cloud), JIRA, Monday, Confluence or similar project planning/ticketing tools
