Job Summary
Client360 Business Initiatives Manager– Vice President leads the end-to-end product lifecycle for data/AI offerings, shaping product strategy, guiding launches, and delivering enterprise-wide insights. Acts as the voice of the customer, manages discovery and market research, maintains the product backlog, defines success metrics, and collaborates with engineering, operations, and business teams to drive transformation, process improvement, and measurable business value. Requires senior-level product management experience, strong communication, stakeholder management across multiple functions, data analytics proficiency, and the ability to leverage ML/AI to derive actionable insights. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Strong knowledge of business process improvement, strategic planning, and data analytics
- Experience supporting change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Understanding of business integration techniques, data governance, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to prioritize and deliver stakeholder needs
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business innovation
- Experience with CRM systems and analytics
- Experience with emerging technologies and best practices in business analytics
