Job Summary
CVP leads the end-to-end customer value journey for Celonis’ most strategic accounts, orchestrating programs with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of the Process Intelligence Platform, engaging C-level stakeholders, staffing engagements, mentoring teams, and shaping value plans. Responsible for executive relationships, customer advocacy, and driving measurable business impact across industries, with a strong emphasis on German-language engagement and AI-driven transformation capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience (or similar industries such as Production, Manufacturing)
- Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations
- Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus
- Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and influence through data, facts, and confidence
- Ability to design, pitch and sell opportunities with internal SMEs and practice leads
- Consultative approach when engaging with senior executives
- Strong team player with entrepreneurial leadership
- Project management: ability to organize and manage multiple streams
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape
- Self-motivated, proactive team player
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders
- Native-level or near-native German language skills (written and spoken) to engage German-speaking customers, facilitate workshops, and present to executives
