Job Summary
Client Transition Specialist responsible for processing new client tickets and setting up developer and new clients in KWPM Lynk, Vantaca, Nexus, ClickPay, and KWIC; prepare and distribute welcome package drafts, and ensure banking and payment portals are active for new clients. Communicates professionally with internal teams and management companies, provides departing clients’ accounting reports, and maintains accurate document/files transfer between systems. Role requires strong communication, organization, and computer skills in an indoor office setting, with occasional travel; schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., and the candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and able to operate in a data-heavy environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years experience in transition or onsite property management
- Computer Savvy
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational, analytical, and research skills
- Keyboarding ability with accuracy 45-50 WPM
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic business environment
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
