Client Technical Onboarder - Associate

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end technical client onboarding for complex payments product implementations, guiding clients through solution finalisation, onboarding, testing, and go-live. Drive cross-functional coordination with clients and internal partners, translating requirements into technical specifications and project plans, establishing governance, executing product testing, managing legal documentation, and ensuring regulatory adherence. Focus on delivering a positive onboarding experience, improving treasury/finance operations through payments technology, and maintaining timelines and quality across multiple concurrent implementations. Emphasizes collaboration with senior stakeholders, risk management, and process optimization to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management
- Experience in client-facing technology project and/or service delivery roles
- Strong leadership and teamwork
- Independent work in a matrixed, global environment
- Detail-oriented and methodical project delivery
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
