Job Summary

Client Technical Analyst focused on supporting the API/Member platform with Tier I customer assistance. Responsibilities include researching and diagnosing complex software issues, developing SQL queries to aid investigation, examining error logs and database content to determine root causes, implementing workaround solutions, documenting steps to reproduce for resolution, and creating/ managing production and staging support tickets. Requires 3+ years of development or technical support experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). Skills include API/SDK integration, Linux, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, MySQL, Shell scripting, and familiarity with Splunk, Data Dog, MuleSoft, and Salesforce. Ability to document processes and technical instructions, and experience with automation or self-service technologies.
