Job Summary

Senior Client Tech Support role providing Tier 1 technical and product support for CardPointe and CardConnect gateway products, including terminal, mobile, and software integrations. Responsibilities include responding to inbound requests, documenting issues with clear case notes, troubleshooting merchant and partner issues, delivering merchant-facing demonstrations and training to drive product adoption, capturing feature requests, collaborating with internal teams to support new functionality, and participating in an on-call rotation while adhering to SLAs. Requires 2+ years in customer or technical support, MS Office proficiency, and on-site work in King of Prussia, PA. Sponsorship is not offered.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent or better
  • 2+ years experience in customer or technical support
  • Experience troubleshooting software, hardware, or payment processing issues
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work assigned shifts and participate in an on-call rotation
