Job Summary
Lead and manage reconciliation, tax reporting and payments within Client Tax Operations to ensure global regulatory compliance. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to collect client tax documentation, manage withholding taxes, and ensure timely submission of regulatory reports. Oversee team delivery, drive process improvements, perform user acceptance testing for system enhancements, and maintain accurate records amid evolving regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Honours degree or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of international Taxes
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to be a strong team player and showcase multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy within strict deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of international tax laws and regulations (preferred)
- Series 99 qualified (preferred)
- Knowledge of Alteryx, UIPath, Xecptor datahub and other low code tools (preferred)
