Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day tax compliance function for Workplace Solutions, serving as the senior technical authority on FATCA, CRS, and US information reporting. Manage end-to-end tax reporting lifecycles, including data validation, controls, and filing deliverables for 1042-S, 1099 series, and other IRS requirements. Partner with business, product, and technology stakeholders to ensure accurate process execution, drive automation using Alteryx and Tableau, and implement scalable workflow improvements. Develop and mentor a high-performing team of tax professionals, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of technical excellence. Maintain policies and controls across client onboarding and servicing workflows while tracking key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities. Escalate key decisions to senior management to align with broader business objectives. Full-time office role requiring a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of tax experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field
- 5+ years of tax experience, with a strong focus on US information reporting, withholding, FATCA, and CRS
- Strong technical knowledge of IRS requirements under Chapters 3, 4, and 61, with a particular focus on the year end reporting requirements
- Experience leading or managing a team, with a track record of developing talent and contributing to team performance
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to process improvement or transformation initiatives, with measurable outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex tax concepts into clear guidance for non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
- Full time in office
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in financial services, asset management, or an equity compensation environment
- Familiarity with automation and data analytics tools, such as Alteryx, Tableau, and others
- Preferred experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business
