Centralized management, administration, and governance of user access across 25+ client systems and portals; provisioning, modification, and removal of access for onboarding, role changes, and offboarding; maintain accurate records of user access, permissions, and approvals; coordinate with clients to request, update, and validate system access for employees; support audits, access reviews, and client compliance requirements; act as liaison between Operations, Technical Development, HR, and clients; remote/hybrid/in-office flexibility; role supports firm’s operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.
