Client Survey and Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Partner with marketing, business development, and client management teams to strategically manage and respond to client surveys, questionnaires, and due diligence inquiries. Lead the end-to-end process for coordinating timely responses to vendor surveys, third-party risk assessments, and compliance requests while collecting and validating information across internal stakeholders. Analyze client requests to identify trends, recurring questions, and opportunities to improve response efficiency and consistency. Ensure all responses comply with firm standards and monitor evolving industry trends related to outside counsel guidelines and supplier compliance. Collaborate with accounting, general counsel, IT, and HR to build cooperative relationships and support special projects related to client operations and business development.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of five years of marketing and business development experience at a law firm or other professional services firm
  • proven experience responding to client surveys and proposals
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to craft well-structured prompts that clearly define objectives, supply relevant context, and guide AI tools toward producing useful, accurate, and appropriate results
  • Ability to collaborate and gain the respect, trust, and confidence of the Firm's attorneys and professional staff
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple complex projects on a daily basis, and adjust to shifting priorities
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Self-starter and team player, able to accept direction, yet work independently
  • Ability to apply practical, hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms) to support a range of professional and managerial tasks, including drafting, summarizing, brainstorming, and organizing content
  • Ability to consistently apply sound judgment when reviewing AI-generated work product and maintain full accountabilities for all final outputs
  • Ability to consistently refine and iterate on prompts to enhance output quality, increase productivity, and drive greater efficiency
  • Ability to model responsible AI use for team members, reinforcing expectations related to confidentiality, data privacy, and appropriate human oversight
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of governance considerations, including ethical use and risk awareness, and adapts to emerging AI and related technologies
  • Position will be based in Atlanta, Miami, Orlando, Phoenix or West Palm Beach office on a hybrid basis
