Job Summary
On-site IT support for internal users at QVC Japan, focusing on end-user hardware/software, incident resolution, and system upgrades. Responsibilities include installing/maintaining software (Windows 11, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Office/M365), hardware setup and maintenance (desktops, laptops, thin clients, monitors, mobile devices, printers), handling system troubles and user inquiries, and managing WMS operations/maintenance with potential site work at Sakura warehouse. Requires 3 years of technical support experience or a IT bachelor’s degree plus 1-2 years of experience, basic scripting, and strong communication to understand user needs. Visa/relocation not specified. English ability is welcomed; on-site work in Makuhari (Chiba) with occasional duties at Sakura warehouse; weekend shifts may be required based on状況. Enthusiastic, long-term contributors who can maintain a stable IT environment are sought.
Required Qualifications
- Technical support experience ~3 years, or IT-related bachelor degree + 1-2 years technical support experience
- Basic scripting experience
- IT infrastructure knowledge for end-user hardware/software
- Ability to understand user needs and communicate effectively
- Nice-to-have: WMS (Warehouse Management System) operation/maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license (AT OK)
- Business-level English
- Experience in retail/e-commerce/logistics is a plus
