Job Summary
Graduate-friendly fully remote Clinical Support Associate role to be the first point of contact for US-based clinical teams (e.g., nurses, patient coordinators, oncology staff) using the Careology platform. You will monitor and manage incoming US-based support tickets during US business hours, triage issues, respond clearly and professionally, resolve non-technical queries, log and categorize issues, build product knowledge, and collaborate with the UK-based team to ensure smooth handovers and consistent support. The role emphasizes clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to understand problems quickly, with opportunity to grow into clinical success, healthcare partnerships, or product-related paths. A degree or experience in healthcare, communications, business, psychology, or a related field is a plus but not required. The role is fully remote in the US with a salary of $40,000–$45,000/year.
