Job Summary
Provide compassionate, respectful supervision and support to clients throughout their recovery journey in a structured residential setting. Monitor client well-being, document vital signs and drug screenings, and conduct room searches per policy. Assist clients with daily structure, schedules, and group participation while maintaining appropriate boundaries. Support safe medication administration, coordinate medical appointments, and transport clients to services. Compile end-of-shift reports and mentor new staff to ensure continuity of care. Work graveyard shifts (11pm–7am) with on-call rotation. Requires high school diploma, behavioral health experience, and certification in medication passes and CPR.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medication Pass Certification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and general computer systems
- Ability to operate a variety of office equipment and machinery, including a computer, printer, photocopier, facsimile machine, and telephone
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position including walking, standing, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting, typing, and repetitive motions
- CPR certification
- If in recovery from a Substance Use Disorder, must have a minimum of two (2) years of sobriety from substances of use
- Must pass pre-hire requirements including a criminal background check, urinalysis (UA), and TB test
