Required Qualifications
- Completion of a post-secondary education
- 1+ years of experience in data entry or administrative roles preferably in Group Benefits
- Excellent command of the English language, including strong written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Knowledge of Group Insurance principles and assessment techniques
- High degree of ownership and commitment to work quickly and accurately in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time-management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- GBA designation under CEBS program
- Fluency in both English & French
