Job Summary
Client Support Specialist to process requests with custodial vendors, manage daily service requests, oversee new and existing account opening/maintenance workflows, coordinate Transfer of Assets (TOA), resolve account-related issues between client teams and custodians, use Salesforce CRM for task tracking, and communicate custodial/regulatory updates to stakeholders; requires collaboration across internal teams and proactive, accurate processing of client records.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- One year or more of relevant experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Salesforce CRM and DocuSign preferred
