Job Summary
Oversee a designated client portfolio to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and manage high-volume support cases. Assist clients with training for web-based human capital management products and analyze payroll reports to develop customized reporting tools. Handle incoming calls and support inquiries while delivering top-notch service across all interactions. Work directly under management to deepen payroll expertise and navigate federal, state, and local wage and hour laws. Requires a BS/BA degree, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Required Qualifications
- Proven knowledge and/or experience in customer service and operations within payroll and human resources functions
- Strong phone and web-based customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Understanding of applicable federal, state, and local wage and hour laws, as well as payroll taxes at both the federal and state levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Solid math and analytical skills
- A BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
