Client Support Specialist II, Network Administrator

Job Summary
Provide network administration and maintenance to ensure reliability and security for Visory and client environments. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, patching, and maintaining network equipment; monitoring networks, troubleshooting outages, and resolving issues within SLA; executing project initiatives and serving as an escalation resource for advanced networking problems; maintaining accurate network diagrams and IP configurations; communicating updates to clients and stakeholders; providing onsite support and participating in rotating on-call shifts. Required skills include hands-on experience with firewalls, switches, wireless networks, IP configurations, and related technologies; proficiency with PSA/ERP tools (ConnectWise, NetSuite/QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office; strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer-service capabilities; and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Education requires a high school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of related networking or technical support experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Experience supporting and troubleshooting network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, wireless environments, IP configurations, and related technologies
- Proficiency with PSA systems such as ConnectWise and ERP systems such as NetSuite or QuickBooks
- Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service instincts
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments as a self-motivated team player
