Job Summary
Respond to client inquiries to gather vacation needs, research travel options including accommodations and cruises, and present suitable choices for informed decisions. Assist with arranging services, enter reservation data into approved platforms, and provide confirmations and itineraries. Follow up on incomplete information, manage revisions and cancellations, and review bookings for accuracy while maintaining clear records of client preferences. Complete ongoing virtual training and destination education to strengthen industry knowledge. Work remotely with flexible scheduling and receive structured onboarding and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Strong listening and customer-support skills
- Ability to organize information and keep track of multiple client needs
- Consistent attention to dates, reservation details, and documentation
- Comfortable communicating through email, phone, messaging, and virtual platforms
- Willingness to learn new online systems and travel-related tools
- Ability to research information and identify practical solutions
- Dependable, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
- Self-directed and comfortable working without constant supervision
- Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or another approved regions
