Job Summary
Onsite Client Support Specialist responsible for delivering a world-class experience to broker clients, guiding customers through key moments of their journey, providing first-line support via email, phone, or support forum, assisting with case builds including benefits enrollment and payroll integrations, collaborating with teammates on process improvements, conducting webinar training, and serving as an experienced consultant for EN solutions. Requires 3+ years in a client-facing role, strong customer service skills, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is expected. The role is five days a week onsite.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent years of experience
- 3+ years of experience in a client facing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel
