Client Support Specialist

Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses; resolve general and complex issues at root cause; maintain client relationships and coordinate service delivery to align with client expectations and timelines; maintain accurate client records in CRM; collaborate with internal teams, prepare reports and documentation for client meetings, and identify opportunities for service improvement. Remote work is available for applicants not local to a Buckland office. Requires 2-4 years of experience in Customs Brokerage and a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business or International Business; strong MS Office skills; potential travel to CAD/USA/MEX; CCS designation preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Business or International Business or similar discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in the Custom Brokerage industry
- Customs Certified Specialist (CCS) designation is strongly preferred
- MS Office knowledge including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times
- Valid Passport ability to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in CAD/USA/MEX
