Job Summary
Client Support Specialist responsible for serving as the primary contact for client inquiries, resolving general and complex issues at root cause, maintaining client relationships, coordinating service delivery, and supporting administrative tasks. Role requires strong communication, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; provides CRM updates, prepares reports and documentation for client meetings, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Business or International Business or similar discipline
- (CCS) Customs Certified Specialist Designation
- 2-4 years of experience in the Custom Brokerage industry
- MS Office knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organization, time management and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times
- Valid Passport ability to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in CAD/USA/MEX
