Client Support Representative

Job Summary
This role serves as the primary contact for SupplyCore customers in Korea, managing and documenting communications and providing daily support to assigned customers. The CSR travels to assigned customer locations for site surveys, expands company sales, and proactively monitors accounts for growth or issues. Responsibilities include coordinating with Sourcing Experts to ensure smooth processing of orders from quotation through delivery (including returns/exchanges), educating customers on contract rules, addressing workflow and system improvements, securing PODs and resolving RMAs/holds, managing accounts receivable/payable issues, monitoring performance trends, and maintaining strong customer relationships through site visits, supplier coordination, translation support, and knowledge of U.S. Military and Government operations. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience, 5+ years in customer service, 2+ years supporting government or military customers, English proficiency, ability to translate between English and Korean, travel to customer/vendor locations, ability to pass background checks, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a customer service position
- 2+ years of customer support experience supporting government or military customers preferred
- Ability to translate English to Korean and vice-versa
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to travel to and from customer and vendor locations regularly
- Must be able to pass required background check for customer base access
- PC proficiency including Microsoft Office software products
